CONDITION OF SALE1. Buyer’s Rights (NFT Holder) The NFT holder has the right to view, display, and resell the NFT. They may use the NFT for non-commercial purposes, such as exhibitions in virtual galleries, documentaries, or online publications, provided that the creator is credited. They may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works without the written permission of the author. 2. Artist’s Rights (Creator) The copyright remains with the author, who retains the right to use the artwork for promotional purposes and to create physical prints in a limited edition. The artist may sell 9 numbered prints, 2 artist proofs, and 1 NFT. The artist may continue to exhibit and promote the artwork even after the NFT is sold. 3. Commercial Use Restrictions Purchasing the NFT does not grant commercial exploitation rights (e.g., merchandising, posters, t-shirts, unauthorized prints).
